I love the proximity to the Light Rail and the Eisenmann Center. I appreciated the "discount" on the parking since it is very expensive in that entire city block. Staff were responsive and kind when I needed a room change. Beautiful pool and warm whirpool.

Love the customer service and hospitality. Joe at the Bar, availability of elevators. Mr. Lawrence, the bfast crew awesome.

Very beautiful and right off the highway. It’s also pet friendly and that’s a very big deal to us.

Clean large room, serviced daily. A small coffee kit is available in the room. Good amenities, although I didn't try the pool. Breakfast buffet with good options, topped by the a la carte options. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Mostly everything was perfect my mother in law and I stayed there the whole time while my husband was playing paintball the food is delicious most of the staff was super friendly.

When I first walked in it was immediate that the hotel was immaculately clean. The hotel lobby is gorgeous. Our concierge was very nice and has EXCELLENT Customer Care. I told him we were on a trip for my Husbands birthday and he upgraded our room and gave us a lovely view! The glass elevator ride to the 10th floor was super fun and smooth. We were very excited to see the room as EVERYTHING leading to our room had been great. The room was no different! We loved our room and all the fixtures and trendy decor. If I could have taken the bed home. I would have! After a long day of adventure in Dallas I had the best sleep I have had in a while. The Hotel was also very quiet 💖 I will most definitely be booking again for our next trip.

I was really surprised at just how nice the property was. The hotel was super clean and new looking. It's convenience to the light rail just outside the side door was awesome to get us to the Dallas Stars hockey game! Great experiance!
