When I first walked in it was immediate that the hotel was immaculately clean. The hotel lobby is gorgeous. Our concierge was very nice and has EXCELLENT Customer Care. I told him we were on a trip for my Husbands birthday and he upgraded our room and gave us a lovely view! The glass elevator ride to the 10th floor was super fun and smooth. We were very excited to see the room as EVERYTHING leading to our room had been great. The room was no different! We loved our room and all the fixtures and trendy decor. If I could have taken the bed home. I would have! After a long day of adventure in Dallas I had the best sleep I have had in a while. The Hotel was also very quiet 💖 I will most definitely be booking again for our next trip.

I was really surprised at just how nice the property was. The hotel was super clean and new looking. It's convenience to the light rail just outside the side door was awesome to get us to the Dallas Stars hockey game! Great experiance!

Everything was outstanding. Kayla at the front desk was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will tell everyone about our stay.

Breakfast was amazingly good and location was as great. Our son loved the pools and the elevators.The staff was so great they made it worth staying again
